GUESS PASS APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN

IN PERSON AT THE STUDENT STORE, FINANCE OFFICE, OR ASB ROOM BY WEDNESDAY MAY 17TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

UNDERCLASSMEN PERMISSION SLIP

Application due May 17th

STUDENTS BRINGING GUESTS TO THE WESTVIEW DANCE MUST ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING:

-No guests over the age of 20 or under the age of 14

-Westview student must purchase a guest ticket

-Guest must show photo identification to enter the dance

-Student must enter and leave with their guest. No re-entry

-In the event of any forged signature(s), both Westview student and the guest will be denied entry to the dance

-All school rules apply at school-sponsored dances

-any person removed from a dance for violating any rules is not entitled to a refund

-Guest and student are subject to a breathalyzer check
